Shipping
I work a full time job outside of this, so it usually takes me 5-7 business days to process your order. If you place an order during a major shop update, it could take 1-2 weeks to process due to the increase amount of orders.
I have two domestic shipping options currently available.
- Standard Shipping comes with a tracking number and is estimated to take 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping comes with a tracking number and is estimated to take 1-3 business days.
USPS Note: During busy periods like holidays, incliment weather, etc, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping transit times!
Outside of the United States, I currently only ship to Canada.
- Standard Shipping comes with a tracking number and is estimated to take 7-21 business days.
*International Customs Duty*
Orders placed from outside of the United States are subject to customs taxes, but not all packages are charged. It is a case by case situation. Customers are responsible for any additional customs taxes as payment is necessary to receive your package.
The cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only and not towards any additional customs fees.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee, your package will be returned and a refund will be issued once I receive the package.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order item is a product that still needs to be made, so it will not be immediately shipped out to you. The estimated date of shipment is listed in the product description. By purchasing the pre-order item, you agree to waiting till the date listed to receive your item. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for you to track its transit.
Your order will not ship until all the items are ready. In other words, you will have to wait until your pre-order item is made so that all the products you purchased can be shipped in one package. If you would like to receive the in stock items at an earlier date, please create a separate order: one for in stock items and one for pre-order items.
Returns and Miscellaneous
All items are final sale, but I'd be happy to exchange any item for you as long as you ship it back in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. It would be your responsibility to cover the return shipping cost. Upon receiving the returned product, I will ship out a replacement within the same week and provide a tracking number.
To attach a charm - Position the charm at an angle and push down until it pops into place. This will require some force.
To remove a charm - Slide your hand into the shoe and push the piece upward. Gently wiggle the charm until it completely pops out.
The socks are made of 80% Cotton, 15% Polyester, and 5% Spandex. They can be included with your regular load, but it is recommended that they are machine washed cold to preserve the fabric and color.
You will need the patch and garment of choice, an iron, extra cloth, and a flat surface.
- Heat up your iron to the highest setting (like cotton or linen).
- Choose where you want the patch to be and iron that area for 15 seconds.
- Place the patch down and put the extra cloth over it.
- Iron the patch for 30 seconds making sure to heat all areas.
- Flip the garment inside out and iron the backside for 30 seconds.
To make it washer safe, you must hand stitch the patch in place with a similar colored thread.
